How to choose channels for Message Pro
Connecting every possible channel is not a goal by itself. A good setup starts with the channels that generate real conversations, the team responsible for them and the technical and operational requirements of each channel.
Which channels are currently available?
Message Pro currently supports WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and LINE. TikTok integration is coming soon.
Start with the channel used most
Review the real source of current conversations instead of choosing channels only because they are popular. Start with one channel or a small set, prepare the team, assignment and statuses, then add more channels.
- Actual conversation volume
- Importance to sales or support
- Available accounts and permissions
- Who will own follow-up inside the team
What should be defined before connection?
Each channel has its own accounts, requirements and policies. Confirm that the required access and permissions are available, then define the inbox and team that will receive conversations.
What about other systems?
APIs, webhooks or a custom integration can connect other systems after required data, synchronization direction and events to send or receive have been defined.
Apply these steps in your account
Create a Message Pro account and start with the workspace, then use the Help Center for setup steps.
