The short answer
Every active plan includes a monthly AI credit balance. Credits are used by features such as AI Agent, AI Assist, translation and summaries. Each operation has a minimum charge, and actual usage may be higher depending on input, output, model and tool usage.
How is your balance structured?
The AI Credits page separates three balances so you always know where the available credits came from:
Included monthly credits
Credits granted by your plan. They reset at the monthly grant cycle and do not accumulate across cycles.
Purchased credits
Additional credits bought from a fixed package available for your organization's billing country and currency.
Total available
Included plus purchased credits. Included credits are consumed first, followed by purchased credits.
Credits included with each plan
These are the current standard allocations. A private plan or contract can differ; the balance shown inside your account is the final reference.
| Plan | AI Credits per monthly cycle |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 |
| Growth | 2,000 |
| Advanced | 5,000 |
What consumes AI Credits?
The rates below are the current minimums for available features. Actual usage is metered while the request runs, and the higher of the minimum or metered amount is charged.
| Feature | Current usage | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Ask AI | 1 credit minimum | Runs an employee question or instruction inside the workspace. |
| AI Assist | 1 credit minimum | Suggests a reply based on the conversation context. |
| Rewrite | 1 credit minimum | Rewrites text using the requested tone or phrasing. |
| Translate | 1 credit minimum | Translates a message into the selected language. |
| Conversation summary | 1 credit minimum | Creates a concise summary of the conversation context. |
| AI Agent response | 2 credits minimum | Responds automatically and can perform actions allowed by its setup. |
| Test AI Agent | 2 credits minimum | Tests agent behavior before using it with customers. |
Why can usage differ between requests?
Message Pro measures model input and output, the context sent, tool use such as updating customer data or handing off, and the model enabled for the operation. A response is therefore not shown as a fixed charge when its measured usage is higher than the minimum.

What happens when credits run out?
New AI operations pause until credits become available through the monthly refresh or an additional purchase. Your inbox, channels and normal team operations continue; only AI operations are affected.
No automatic AI overage charges
Message Pro does not automatically enable paid usage beyond your available balance. Buying additional credits is an explicit action, and available packages show the billing-country price and currency before payment.
Voice and calls are coming soon
Voice and calling are not part of the currently published capabilities. Their rates and calculation method will be documented when they become available.
