Build your first workflow around one clear task
Choose a recurring task the team can describe in one sentence, such as routing a branch enquiry to its team. Too many branches from day one make failures harder to find.
Define the event and outcome
Write down when the path starts and its intended result. Separate conditions from actions: having a label is a condition; assigning a team is an action.
Prepare the exception path
Decide what happens when data is missing, an integration fails or a customer asks for a person. Give someone ownership rather than leaving the conversation stranded.
Test before enabling
Use sample conversations and inspect each run. Check the selected branch, data changes and the team receiving the conversation.
- A matching case.
- A non-matching case.
- Missing information or a repeated event.
- Integration failure and human-handoff requests.
Expand from evidence
Enable within a clear scope and review errors and team feedback. Add the next step when its value and test approach are understood.
Apply these steps in your account
Create a Message Pro account and start with the workspace, then use the Help Center for setup steps.
