Before you start
You need channel creation access and a Telegram bot you control. Keep its bot token private.
Steps

Create the bot
Use Telegram’s official bot tool and follow its instructions to obtain a token.

Add the channel
Open Settings, then Inboxes or Channels, choose Telegram, and enter the required bot information.

Assign the team
Choose the inbox and responsible agents or team according to your account settings.

Test both directions
Message the bot from a different Telegram account, confirm it appears in the inbox, and send a reply.
Check the result
The test message reaches the correct inbox and the reply arrives in Telegram.
