Your team can handle Facebook Page messages in Message Pro after authorizing the Page and connecting it to an inbox. Use an account with appropriate Page access.
Before you start
You need channel-management permission in Message Pro and suitable access to the Facebook Page and its Meta account.
Steps

Open Add channel
In Account settings, open Channels, choose Add channel and select Facebook Messenger.

Authorize the account
Follow the Meta window, sign in with the right account and select the Page to connect.

Review permissions
Keep the required messaging permissions enabled so the inbox can receive and reply to messages.

Finish inbox setup
Name the inbox and select the team that will handle Page messages.

Test a conversation
Send a test message to the Page from an external account and verify it appears and can be answered.
Check the result
The Page appears as connected and the test message and reply are visible on both sides.
