A practical plan for your 5-day Message Pro trial
The free trial lasts 5 days with Growth plan features and an allowance of 100 campaign messages. Use it to test your team’s path from incoming message through reply and follow-up, then make a decision based on observed results.
Day one: a small team and one channel
Check workspace settings and time zone, and add the teammates needed for testing with appropriate permissions. Choose one channel and an external test account.
Send a message to the channel, reply from Message Pro and confirm receipt at the sender. Record any failure time rather than restarting setup without diagnosis.
Day two: ownership and follow-up
Transfer a conversation between two teammates and add a private note. Verify that the recipient can see context and knows the next action.
Agree on the meaning of statuses and labels, and assign someone to watch unassigned conversations.
Day three: knowledge and automation
Add a small current knowledge source. Test a supported question, an unsupported question and a request for a person. Start without a broad set of external actions.
Build a narrow assignment or labeling workflow and test matching and non-matching cases before expanding its scope.
Day four: a limited campaign and results
If campaigns matter to your operation, test a small consenting audience. Review copy, variables and a suitable template where required.
The trial allowance is 100 campaign messages in total. Check account usage before sending; do not assume failed attempts restore allowance or that it resets daily.
Day five: review the decision
Record successes, failures and the team size, channels and integrations needed for ongoing operation. Review available reports while recognizing that five days of test data cannot establish long-term results.
Check the trial end date and suitable plan in your account. Clarify renewal and cancellation terms before paying, and review channel-provider and custom-setup charges separately.
Apply these steps in your account
Create a Message Pro account and start with the workspace, then use the Help Center for setup steps.
