Before launching a campaign: audience, message and follow-up
A campaign does not end when you press Send. It needs an appropriate audience, accurate message, ready channel and a team prepared for replies. Start with one reviewable purpose instead of combining unrelated goals.
Define purpose and audience
Write why you are contacting recipients and what they expect. Choose people who agreed to that type of message and exclude opt-outs even when an older list still includes them.
Review count, a contact sample and communication details. An imported number does not establish consent.
Review the actual recipient message
Test variables on both complete and incomplete records. Open links and check language, template, channel and sender.
Make the next step clear: reply with a question, follow an order or open a relevant link. Do not insert unapproved promises through variables.
Prepare the team and allowance
Identify the receiving inbox, responsible team, follow-up coverage and escalation path. Review usage and available allowance before launch.
The 5-day Growth-feature trial allows 100 campaign messages. Provider charges and channel requirements remain separate; platform allowance does not guarantee acceptance or delivery.
Review before repeating
Separate sent, delivered and read states where the channel exposes them. Group similar failures and address their causes before retrying.
Do not resend to the entire audience because a subset failed. Review each segment’s state and consent, and document changes for the next campaign.
