Configure a webhook and receive events

A webhook sends event notifications to an HTTPS endpoint you control so Message Pro can work with your system.

Before you start

You need integration access and an HTTPS server that can receive and log requests securely.

Steps

    Prepare an endpoint

    Create an HTTPS URL that responds successfully and handles incoming payloads without exposing their data.

    Add the integration

    Open integration settings, then Webhooks, and add a connection with your endpoint URL.

    Choose events

    Subscribe only to the events your system needs and save the settings.

  4. 4

    Test an event

    Perform a test action in the account, then inspect inbound logs, payload, and possible redelivery.

Check the result

Your endpoint receives the expected event and you can identify its type and data without exposing customer information.
