Create and review your first messaging campaign

Choose a channel and audience, review and test the message, then monitor campaign delivery.

Published · Updated

A campaign sends a message to a selected audience through a supported channel. Before sending, confirm the audience is appropriate and contact is permitted under their consent and channel policy.

Before you start

You need campaign-creation access, an enabled channel, a documented audience you may contact, and content or a template that meets channel requirements.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open Campaigns

In the workspace, open Campaigns and choose the supported campaign type and channel you need.

  2. 2

    Select the audience

Choose contacts or a segment and review count and required data. Exclude people without suitable consent or a valid contact method.

  3. 3

    Prepare the message

Write clear copy and check variables, links and an approved template where the channel requires one.

  4. 4

    Review before sending

Check the channel, sender, audience and timing. Send a test to a dedicated contact if that option is available.

  5. 5

    Send and monitor

Start the campaign after review, then check status, outcomes and errors on the campaign page.

Check the result

The campaign appears with the correct status, and you can inspect delivery and errors without assuming every message arrived merely because sending started.
